PROGRAMMING & DEBUGGING CONTEST

RULES :
1. The team must have at most 2 participants.

2. The programming languages to be used for the programs are C and/or C++.

3. The elimination round will be a paper test which will include questions related to all aspects of C and/or C++.

4. The "Final Round" will consist of set of problems involving coding and/or debugging. The program will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:-
    a. Time of completion.
    b. Code efficiency.
    c. Points scored in elims.

5. Judge's decision will be final.
