Who Wants To Be A CEO?
Do you have what it takes to run a company? |

Objective:
The objective is to get to the top. Avoid getting eliminated by doing your best.
Situation:
You graduated in the top 5 percentile of your class. You are currently employed in a
prestigious firm and hold a senior position. The CEO is due to retire in 2 months and the
interview process has begun.
Rules:
1. It is an individual event
2. All participants will appear for a written test which shall contain questions that will
test your: Reasoning, Logic, G.K., Psycometric, Analytic & Verbal Skills.
3. All participants are required to get their resumes and hand them over to the event
heads before giving the tests. The resumes must be accurate as they will be scrutinized.
4. After eliminations, 20 participants will be chosen who will then be asked to get their
SOP's(statement of purpose) for the finals. The SOP must be one A4 side(font10).
5. Finals will have various rounds to judge your abilities as a leader.
6. All finalists are requested to wear formal attire.
7. If a participant is participating in other event, please inform the
event coordinators before hand to ensure suitable arrangements are made.
8. Judges decision is final
